⏳ Production & Turnaround Time
How long does it take to make my order?
Most of our plush and felt creations are made to order, which means your piece is handcrafted just for you after you place your order. Please allow 1–2 weeks (7–14 days) of creation time before your order ships. Good things — and slightly unsettling things — take time.
Are any items ready to ship right away?
Yes! A small selection of one-of-a-kind and ready-to-ship items are available and will go out much faster. These are clearly noted in the product listing. Snag them before they vanish into the void.
📦 Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Shipping time is in addition to the 1–2 week production window. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We recommend ordering early — especially around holidays — so your creepy little treasure arrives in time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can watch it creep its way to your door.
✏️ Personalization
How does personalization work?
Many of our plush items can be personalized with a name or short phrase — free of charge! Just leave your personalization request in the order notes at checkout. Your text will be applied in white Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) on the belly or back near the tail.
Is there a character or word limit?
Yes — please keep it to a name or short 2–3 word phrase. We want it to look hauntingly good, and longer text gets a little cramped on our small felt friends.
Can I choose the font or color?
Personalization is currently offered in white HTV in our standard font. It's clean, it's classic, it's creepy-cute. Custom font or color requests aren't available at this time.
Can I see a proof before it's made?
We don't offer proofs at this time, but if you have a question about how your personalization will look, feel free to reach out before ordering — we're happy to help!
🧵 Materials & Care
What are your plush items made of?
Our creations are handcrafted from soft felt, hand-cut and hand-stitched with love (and a touch of darkness). They're stuffed with plush fiber fill for that perfectly squishy feel. Faces, graphics, and personalizations are applied using Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) or Direct-to-Film (DTF) designs for detailed features.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Because everything is handmade, slight variations in stitching, placement, and expression are totally normal — and honestly, they make each piece uniquely yours. Colors may also vary slightly due to screen settings. Embrace the quirk. 🖤
How do I care for my plush?
We recommend surface cleaning only with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water or machine washing, as this can damage the felt, stuffing, and HTV details. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve those gorgeous colors.
🔄 Returns & Custom Orders
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because personalized and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a defect or error on our end. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We've got you, ghoul. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
What about non-personalized items?
Ready-to-ship and non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can help you out.
